\n<\/em>In\nthe Instagram direct \u201cIcone Talks\u201d, Camilla Bellini and Giulio\nCappellini also talked about the creative vein and habits that serve\nto cultivate it. \nGiulio\nCappellini.<\/strong>\nIf I have to summarize with two words I would say curiosity and\npassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curiosity\nbecause I think you can always get inspiration everywhere. Until\nrecently I traveled a lot, almost two hundred days a year, from short\ntrips to Europe or Italy, to more important ones such as the Far East\nor North America and so on. I lived in airports and on the plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\nwe said to ourselves<\/a>, it is one thing to see things in reflection\nand one thing is to experience them, smell the scent, experience the\natmosphere, especially when, abroad, you may have the opportunity to\nrelate to locals, not as a tourist but by discovering the real part\nof certain countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only\nin this way do you truly come into contact with people, with natural\nlandscapes, with architecture and with traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When\nI travel I keep taking notes, I try to fix things in my head and I\nalways come back with a lot of ideas. In the world you can always\nhave the opportunity to take inspiration and find themes to work on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\nthe other hand there is passion. That of the designer is a beautiful\njob that allows us to show our thoughts. We make objects that people\nmay or may not like, but they tell us about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When\nI go to schools I always say that if we have to spend more than\nthirty words to tell about our project, it is because we are not\npersonally convinced of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obviously\npassion is important that it is combined with professionalism. I\nrealize more and more that making projects, building a story in\ndesign, is not something that is improvised from morning to night.\nThe project is something that needs to be worked on continuously,\nboth by designers and by companies. There must be a very strong\npartnership from this point of view and we must work with great\nconsistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creativity\nis something that is probably innate in people, but it can be refined\nover time, always having this curiosity. There is always something to\nthink about or something new to draw, that’s the spring that keeps us\ngoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\nis not true that everything in design has already been done, today\ntalking about design means talking about something at 360 \u00b0. You\nfind design in a lamp, in a piece of furniture, in a mobile phone, in\na car, in a bottle of water and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nsame is true for the interiors, it must be a very specific project\nbecause, in any case, the interior of a house, office or hotel must\nreflect the personality of those who live there. It is a very\ninteresting process. I hope you agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camilla\nBellini. <\/strong>Absolutely\nyes, it takes a lot of passion to do this job, or you like it or you\ndon’t have the tools to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\nis always something we haven’t seen, something we haven’t\nexperienced, something we can learn. What I liked is the fact that\nyou said that traveling a lot, you met people who tell you and show\nyou points of view that you might not have taken into consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each\nperson has a story about her, different from anyone else, an\ninexhaustible source because the combinations that can be created,\nsuch as the reflection they can have in the projects that are born,\nare practically infinite and as a result they lead to masterpieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giulio\nCappellini.<\/strong>\nThis is a bit like your second life, the second part of your work in\nwhich you tell people your impressions filtered by the world of\ndesign. Your role as a blogger from this point of view is\nfundamental, that is to bring people closer and closer to something\nthat can then enter their daily universe, a service that you give to\nthe public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
